Holiday Policies: Special rates and minimum number of nights will apply during holidays and special events. Please call for specific availability.
Check-In: Rooms will be available for check-in by 2:00 pm. Early guest arrivals are welcome to use of pool, showers etc. Please add 12.5 % sales and room tax.
Check-Out: Check out time is anytime before 11:00 am. Guests are welcome to use the pool, showers, etc, all day until their departure without extra charge.
Office Closure: Our office closes at 8:00 pm. Please call if you plan to arrive after 8:00 pm for simple instructions on late arrivals.
Deposit: One night's deposit plus tax is required to confirm a reservation.
Cancellations: If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the deposit will be kept in full. Any cancellation between time of booking and 14 days carries a $50.00 processing fee. Upon arrival, the balance of the confirmed reservation will be due. In the event of an early departure the balance will be non-refundable. Holidays and special events can not be canceled and are non-refundable.
Extra Person: Please add $50.00 for a third adult to be added to the room. Four or more adults are never placed in one room. No charge for children younger than 18.
Pets: One dog is allowed per room up to 20 pounds. Dogs may not be left alone in the room at any time.
Rates are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Please note that if you are a Travel Agent making a reservation for a Client you will receive a 10% commission upon invoice, no matter the circumstance.
